It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. The advisers does his work professionally.

The advisers are very patient and good listeners and help you not have anxiety by explaining to you how they are able to assist you when having financial difficulties. I have been provided ongoing debt advice relating to my financial situation. I do appreciate the service provided and continue to look forward to be assisted as my financial matters. At first i was a bit skeptical about step change, But speaking to them was the best thing for me, I went from drowning in debt and worry, To one manageable monthly payment and they worked with me and my creditors and the letters and phone calls stopped over night.
