It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. The only solution to debt in my eyes

We were in a really mess with our debts. Step change offered a debt management plan that has been affordable and our creditors froze the interest. They made sure we still had money in a budget for savings and holidays. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

I am very happy with my experience with stepchange, my life has gone from stressful and not worth living to feeling manageable and feeling supported to keep on going. I am grateful for their support. They gave me all of the options I would be eligible for and let me choose the one that I thought would be best for me. They were understanding when I contacted customer support with nay queries or concerns.
