It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I was very nervous and embarrassed about speaking to...

I was very nervous and embarrassed about speaking to anyone about my debt. It has been the best thing I have done getting in touch with Stepchange. Customer service is awful.

Customer service is awful. if you call them youll be stuck in a queue of 30+ people therefore having to wait atleast an hour or 2. If you email them youll be luck to get a reply within a month. Besides this issue its been smooth Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

I was really struggling and feeling overwhelmed. It was affecting my sleep and I was constantly stressed. After speaking to the very supportive staff and setting a payment plan up I immediately felt like a huge weigh had been lifted from me.
