It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Stepchange helped immensely when I was overwhelmed with debt worries. Their help with dealing with creditors allowed me to get a good nights sleep instead of worrying all night about how to handle my debts. In the many years of having a Debt management plan with them, only once has an advisor given me any incorrect advise which was then quickly rectified by a supervisor. They are none judgemental and are genuine in their desire to help people. I would highly recommend anyone with debt problems to contact them. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

At a time that I was very stressed due to my debts did not know what to do, phoned step change they helped and gave me reassurance and we set up a plan for my debts, they did all the work for me and the plan has worked well, being able to share my worries helped me so much can not thank them enough Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
