StepChange have been absolutely amazing helping me pay off my debts. I have had experience with other DMP companies but my progress was always very slow. This was because they would take a sizeable percentage for themselves as a fee. StepChange took care of my debts for free! I am on my last month of paying aaaalll of it off and I could not be happier! SC customer advisors have always been very supportive, understanding, kind, and helpful. I don’t think words can fully express how grateful I am to StepChange. I was in a very dark place, struggling with serious debt and the mental toll that came with it. It reached a point where my wife had to step in and help me manage the situation because I simply couldn’t cope anymore. From the moment I contacted StepChange, I felt supported. They treated me with understanding, dignity, and respect—something that felt rare at the time. Their team didn’t just offer financial advice; they gave me hope and a clear path forward. The burden I carried mentally and emotionally began to lift once I started following the plan they helped me put in place. It’s not an exaggeration to say that StepChange saved my life.
