Always there in times of need

It was such a relief to get the help I needed managing my creditors. I found it easy to deal with, without being judged at a really difficult time. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022

Debt free after 10 years !!

From the beginning to now only two payments from being debt free we cannot thank StepChange enough for all the help over the years especially during a period of very bad health of my husband and being unable to work. They contacted our creditors to reduce our payments until he was fit to work again. Anyone who thinks they can’t see a way out of debt do not go to debt management company as they will take more money off you. StepChange will help you get debt free even if you owe a lot like we did. Brilliant and Very supportive

I have always have been able to communicate my situation and they have always been able to help the situation and have cleared so much debt which enabled us to keep our mortgage, an amazing service and have recommend to many people who financial difficulties that they need assistance and help. Help when you really are at your lowest

I have been with stepchange a while, recently I had to amend my payments as I can no longer work full time due to caring for my husband. Everything was sorted out online and I now pay less helping me to manage my finances. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
