As an organisation they have been so amazing. Everyone I have spoken too really takes the time to understand and help. Debt is such a terrible place to be and you can feel quite alone. They helped. We got into serious debt and didn’t know where to turn! Step change helped sort everything out and got it into one manageable payment a month. Due to furlough in Covid I was really scared of falling behind with my debt payments, I felt like I was drowning! I Contacted strp change and the relief was immediate!They were so kind and helpful.
