StepChange are a charity and do not make a profit from the assistance they provide. I initially engaged with a debt management company and became aware of StepChange via a web search. It’s been 3 years now .

It’s been 3 years now . The initial advice was really helpful in getting a handle of the situation . It seems lenders were sympathetic at first but now are ruthless in trying to get their money back . Don’t give in to their demands . If you can no longer afford the repayments use Stepchange to take action against them Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

So Reassuring & Kind

As an organisation they have been so amazing. Everyone I have spoken too really takes the time to understand and help. Debt is such a terrible place to be and you can feel quite alone. They helped. Didnt know where to turn!

We got into serious debt and didn’t know where to turn! Step change helped sort everything out and got it into one manageable payment a month.
