No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

A helping hand.

Six months before we retired we knew we would have debts we could not cover with our pensions so we contacted Stepchange who got in touch with our creditors and arrange a debt management plan for us .What a relief, it took all the worry and stress away. Stepchange have been really helpful to me and because of this, I’m on the way to getting things sorted. The staff are helpful, don’t judge and don’t patronise. Everything is made crystal clear and all the options available are explained clearly. Never feel judged by the assistant on the phone. They are helpful and knowledgeable which is what you need when you’re trying to sort out your finances. If there’s a change it is easy to contact them and adjust payments as needed. Takes away the pressure of contacting creditors individually which would be time consuming and a struggle.
