It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. An affordable way to get out of debt

My husband and I were left in debt due to family circumstances. The worry and stress was overwhelming but thanks to StepChange Debt Management we were able to come to an affordable arrangement to pay off the debt over the years with the Creditors, this took away the stresses and strains of worry and StepChange also provided advice and support to get us back on our feet and leaving us debt free. A lovely bunch

I was referred to these lovely team during a bad episode and they really helped with budgeting, organising and made it as stressless as they could. I have been falling back a bit with the review but they are giving me a gentle reminder it needs doing. The only thing I will say is getting in contact with you by phone is quite difficult. Brilliant service from initial set up and continuing

I was drowning and couldn’t see a way out.

I was drowning and couldn’t see a way out. I was embarrassed and ashamed of the situation I had gotten myself into.StepChanged listened without judgement and provided empathic guidance that has turned my life around.
