No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

The good people

Without stepchange I would not be where i am today.....debt free and my life has totally turned around.. These people put a stop to the pushy phone calls and the letters demanding money and they do not judge you on how much you owe. Feel in despair

My husband and I felt swamped in debt. We couldn't manage from month to month. Going through covid and then the coat of living crisis, we felt lost. Before I contacted Step Change I didn’t know where t...

Before I contacted Step Change I didn’t know where to turn for help. I was constantly worried and stressed about money. When I had paid my bills I had nothing left to live on so then had to borrow more money to survive the month till the next pay day. Due to COVID all my overtime was stopped leaving me with even less wages to pay my bills. I spoke to a friend who suggested I contact Step Change and I’m so glad I did as it was the best thing I could have done. Now my debts are still getting paid but I have money to live on.A massive thanks to them for helping me to get out of my financial difficulties. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
