It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Paying interest to clearing my debt in 4 yaars

4 years ago I was no where near figuring out how to solve my financial issues. Amongst other charities I got to know about stepchange and one phone call helped me to get it all started. After initial paperwork everything was done by stepchange dealing with banks and providers. All I had to do was send a few copies of letters received by banks etc. to keep them in the loop. Once things started rolling for few months I didn't need to do anything. Direct debit payment to stepchange was the only thing I needed to keep on top. Hopefully I'm 3 months I'll be fully debt free.
