It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. About 7 years plus ago I was in terrible debt due to a relationship breakdown plus other issues, I felt myself getting ill due to worry my future looked really bleak. My girlfriend mentioned this organisation step change which I have never heard of, I got in touch with them and they where the most understanding helpful humans I have ever come across, the way things were at the time I can truly say they probably saved my life I'm getting emotional typing this .right now I'm dept free with a tiny savings slowly growing but all in all I'm ina much better place right now and I thank you most sincerely over and over Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
