It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Fantastic Experience!

I first approached StepChange in May 2018 and finished my plan in April 2023. It was a long road but they were extremely patient, friendly and non-judgmental throughout the entire experience. I rarely needed there assistance but when I did, it was promptly acted on and assured myself every step of the way. Sensible, workable debt management.

I was facing what felt like a mountain of debt. Stepchange talked me through what I had, showed me how to create a workable, sensible budget and spoke to the companies I owed to create a debt management plan that I could stick to and clear my debt.
