It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. StepChange gave me clear and easy to understand advice. I found the website and online experience straight forward. You can speak to a debt advisor by phone if you wish. the Debt Management Plan they setup for me has taken a lot of worry and stress away. I also find the yearly reviews a great help aswell as being able to go on the website to look at my DMP at anytime for advice or to check my DMPstatements etc. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

When I started with step change I was so worried about how I will be able to manage all the debts I had. The interest rates were getting high. Step change gave me a piece of mind. I didn’t have to worry anymore. They managed to work out how much I can afford. And am glad that I am coming to the end of all my debts. Will kind of miss you guys you had become part of my family.
