It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Very helpful. Calms the nerves.

StepChange were very helpful and patient throughout the whole process, from informing me about the options available to me and their suitability for my circumstances to form completion and instructions on how to address issues with county courts. The process from start to finish is simple and straightforward and the addition of them implementing a period of breathing space also contribituted to easing any immediate worries that I had. Kind, supportive and fantastic staff

I was really worried and step change completely helped me. My journey with them has been excellent. My husband passed away after 18 months of starting our plan and the staff were so incredibly emphatic and supportive.
