I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Great Service!

After the government introduced IR35 I lost 20k overnight leaving me in financial difficulties. I had to change jobs and owed 24k which I was managing before even though I was aware I had taken on a lot. Stepchange have managed it for me with a number I’m comfortable with and I’ve paid 10k back so far. I’ve had no problems with debtors hassling me. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. After having a life changing incident and unable to work for a while and with mounting debt I had to reach out to stepchange to deal with my debtors, it was easy once i got passed the shame of having to ask for help. I’m not one to leave reviews but I felt like I neede...

I’m not one to leave reviews but I felt like I needed too so I can make people aware. I was so apprehensive about even typing “step change” into google, but my debt was getting out of control and I had a brand new baby girl so everything felt like it was getting on top of me. I now have 1 manageable payment and the procces was so straight forward. I really really recommend. Please don’t struggle there are options out there such as step change ! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
