It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Could be better

I am overall pleased with the help I have received with my debts. If an issue arises I am responsible for contacting my creditors which is challenging with anxiety issues so I would rather they offered this service. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Stepchange helped me admit that I was in debt and started helping me through what I can and can't do. I chose a debt management plan to help me make managable payments and still put food on the table. StepChange have been amazing they helped me so much when my husband passed and I found myself in financial difficulties they helped me put a plan together to affordabily pay my debts off over a period of time they contacted the companies I owed money to and explained my situation to them also if I have any concerns they are always there to help and advise I don't know what I would have done without their help I would highly recommend any one in financial difficulty to contact them.
