It was so easy to set up my Debt Management Plan with StepChange; a really friendly and supportive agent helped me go through everything and once I had completed my budget, an affordable amount was decided upon. I can contact them if there are any changes to my creditors' details and I keep an up-to-date budget to make sure I'm paying what I can afford. I went back to studying this year and they've helped so much with the change in my lifestyle and budget. Best thing I could of done!

I found myself in a really bad financial situation and not knowing where to turn next. After speaking with Stepchange they put my mind at ease, helping with my finances and realising what could actually afford for my debts. I can now sleep easy knowing that my debts are being paid paid monthly at an amount I can actually afford. I can't thank them enough for helping me turn my life around. Thank you Stepchange. A kind voice at the end of a phone..

I did not know where to turn, that lovely woman on the phone , didnt judge she just helped me,it was tough at first no credit card but you get through it and i didnt have to pay intrest I will finish paying my debt this year iwill always be so gratefull that i made the call to stepchange Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
