Great, helpfully service

Really helpfull and knowledgeable people. The advisor gave me advise and guided me through the whole process to set up my debt management plan. Now, I don't wake up during the night worrying because I know my financial situation getting and my debt is reducing. Reviewed on: 7th June 2025

Step Change - I would recommend 100%

Without Step Change taking us on we would have lost our home. We were drowning in debt - Step Change carried out all negotiations with our creditors as I wasn't able to. I have severe mental health problems and Step Change were with us every step of the way. Their staff are amazing - they are always kind, compassionate and extremely helpful - no matter what you need help with. Honestly, Step Change and their staff saved my life. Stepchange have been fantastic.

Stepchange have been fantastic. Really supportive colleagues all the way through, giving good information to allow me to make the right decision for myself. Regular updates and statements are great, but I also really value being driven to do regular financial reviews too - really keeps on top of any changes so I don't find myself absorbing them and leaving myself short, or as in case lately not missing the opportunity to end the DMP early by contributing more. I came to Stepchange . Because we were finding it very hard to cope, I was advised to contact them. They helped to put us on the right track. We pay Set Amount per month I dealt with them on the phone they were fantastic. They were very helpful and very polite and they’re very easy to talk to you.
