No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Helpful, supportive.

I contacted step change because my circumstances changed and I was really struggling to manage everything. I get supported for day 1, helpful and understanding staff made me feel confident and less stressed and anxious. My debt is now manageable and I know it will be paid back. A solution when I thought there wasn't one

Step change offed help when I thought I was in a situation that had no solution. They were extremely helpful, understanding, patient, none judging, and created a solution for my financial car crash I'd found myself in.
