No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Financial crisis

I left the Royal Marines in 2019 and found myself in a financial black hole. Not knowing what to do in terms of employment and having two young children to provide for as a single father. I found myself resorting to credit cards. Within 3 years I was £12000 in debt with no way out. Step Change helped me to assess my financial situation and provide immediate support by creating a payment plan whereby I could pay little and often allowing enough money to provide for my family. A lifeline for those in trouble

I cannot thank Step Change enough, they have changed my life with the help I have received from them in entering onto a debt management plan. They have helped me to break the cycle of getting into debt to pay debt with an affordable, monthly plan, which they have already amended in response to my landlord raising the rent by over £100!
