It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Stepchange have truly changed my life. Without their help I have no idea where I would be in life. Their customer service is next level, they truly understand and empathise with you. They are there to help you get out of any trouble you’re in. They aren’t there to judge you, they truly offer the best solution for whatever situation you find yourself in. Don’t let debt control your life and stress you out, please take it from me as someone who waited too long and let it take a hold of me. Massive relief with my debt management plan

I was absolutely beside myself before I contacted Stepchange ..sleepless nights & I felt absolutely awful. In the space of a week DMP was in place and the pressure was gone.. I have just over a year to go on my plan & my debt free future is in sight. Contacting Stepchange was absolutely the best thing I have done , no judgement from anyone, it’s just been sorted.
