During Covid I got into financial difficulties

StepChange have been excellent and very patient from the start. I was nervous about reaching out about my debts but as soon as I finished talking with them, I felt so much better and like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. When I found myself in what seemed like an impossible situation regarding my debt I spoke with the people at Stepchange : Debt Management and they showed me in straight forward honest discussions that there was a solution to my debt predicament . I joined Stepchange and have been making payments that I can afford and I have found the team at Stepchange are always there to advise and help me make correct decisions as to best way forward.
