Don't how they operate but took a big headache of my shoulders when I was paying out more than coming in at the start of covid.....due to lack of work my income fell and put me in a very dodgy spot ....it was all done in a matter of days ...if you feel you are losing it ....use it Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Stepchange make a big difference

I joined several months ago to help reduce my debt level and slowly things are improving for me thanks to Stepchange who get the debts frozen for you interest wise and they deal with the Companies for you reducing a lot of stress from the individual. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

I really didn't know where to turn with my debts, I had spoken to other debt management companies but found them to come across as judgemental. So was hesitant to contact Step Change, however I can honestly say Step Change has changed my life. I am over halfway through my DMP. And am looking forward to a debt free future.
