It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Help when you need it

Stepchange is helping me to manage my debts and to get my life back on track. They worked out what I could afford monthly and agreed this with my creditors. Having to make only one payment every month to stepchange ensured that all payments to creditors where paid in a timely manner. Once a year i review my current income and expenditure and change my payments accordingly. Although I have never failed to make tge required payment I admit it’s not always been easy, unexpected things happen in life but I have overcome them.now, after 4+ years, I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel and by the end of next year I will become completely debt free..
