Fantastic

Peace of mind.

Stepchange give you some peace of mind instead of dealing with the company you owe money. They talk on your behalf. I am still paying my debt for little my little. Dealing with the person o company you owe money would be much worse. I would not be able to handle the situation. So far stepchange been great. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Step Change, the best thing since sliced bread.

We had quite a lot of debt and eventually contacted Step Change I believe in 2018, it is now 2024 and I am hoping and expect my debt to be cleared by December this year, Step Change has been with me every step of the way, I don't know where I would have been if I had not contacted them those 6 years ago, they have been very professional always polite and I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic they have been and they are still helping me until the end of the year, I recommend them to anyone who has any financial problems, you will not regret it, Thank you Step Change for everything you have done for us. from I. & M. Stepchange helped me when I was really low

I found stepchange when I was in a situation where my debts were out of hand and I could not get on top of them. They took the stress away from me and contacted all my creditors and got all my additional charges frozen. I then did an income and expenditure form where we worked out what I could afford to pay step change, and they then split that between each creditor. I am still paying this now and have never been stressed about my debt since. Stepchange literally helped me come out of depression I had around mu finances! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

StepChange dug me out of a hole

It took less than a week for StepChange to get my debts organised into small payments and show me all the options that were available. They gave a full detail account of all my options and let me decide how I felt was best for me to pick.
