When I found courage to call stepchange as was really anxious and depressed about my situation and to call them thinking I could be told off! I was so far from the truth as they were really sympathetic and kind to me especially as I was in floods of tears and without the help I recieved I really don’t know if I would b here doing this review! I was really struggling financially with visa card debt and being a lone parent with 2 dependant children and even though I was working full time it was causing me loads of stress and impacting on my sleep my work and making me really anxious. As soon as I had had a discussion with an advisor I felt an enormous sense of relief.
