It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. stepchange helped me take control of my debt

When i contacted stepchange i was at rock bottom. I didn’t answer the phone or open letters. I lived in fear of how bad my debt had got. I initially went online and completed the information and having done that i spoke to people from stepchange. I was never spoken down to or made to feel embarrassed. Step change can and will help you!

I accumulated debt due to a drastic change of circumstance. Step change worked out an affordable plan with me, no judgment just sympathy and support for the situation I had found myself in.
