Dare to hope,!

I have been very ill with cancer. During my treatments I took my eye off the ball as the saying goes. Was too ill to deal with post and many many calls from people demanding money. I was becoming paranoid about the phone,the postman. Well debts don’t go away I didn’t know where or who to turn to, my life was such a mess, I was even contemplating ending it all. A friend came here and said why don’t we ring Stepchange the debt charity. I had nothing to lose but from that very first call, they made me feel like we can sort this out together and took me through every single step. Every person I spoke with was efficient,nothing was too much trouble, kind and compassionate. Made me feel like perhaps I could live a life. Am not the only person this happens to. Quite a bit of paperwork which I found daunting but even if I was stuck on silly questions I always got a real person to speak with. I can’t praise them high enough Reviewed on: 27th August 2024

For No more worries .contact stepchange.

It's very hard to look at your emails when people are constantly wanting payment from you worries where building up. So I heard about step change and how they sort everything out so that your not getting more worried. They was brilliant I pay them debts monthly and it's mangable for me to pay them. Stress. Managment

Knowing that Stepchange was at the end of the phone with help and advice without judging helped me sort out my life as well as downpay my debts. They acted as a buffer between me and my creditors.
