It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Best decision i have made in years

As I enter my last year of a DMP arranged by Stepchange with multiple financial providers I can’t thank them enough for their advice and support over the last 4 years. Sometimes they are slow to respond to e mails but do get back eventually. Long wait times for calls at busy times so I think adding a call back function would be good! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
