I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Such a weight off my mind. 100% go with stepchange.

I had been looking into using stepchange for months before I picked up the courage to use them. I truly believe that I wouldn't have starting paying off any of my debt if I didn't go with stepchange. I've been with them for 2 years nearly now. And I've paid off 4 of the things I owe. No way would I have been able to make such an impact without them. They help make debt less scary. They do all the sorting out after you pop in the information about your debt. Then review each year. I'm so amazingly happy I went with stepchange. Such a weight off of my mind. Thank you Stepchange. More going out then coming in!

I got to a point where i didnt know what to do or where to turn so i started to look up debt management companies on the internet, i came across StepChange and gave them a call. The process was easy and the team members i have come across have been very helpful. The only negative i have is there was no consideration to remortgage my house which i found after entering into the plan could have been an option for me to consolidate my debt and utilise equity i held in my property.
