It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Contacting step change was the best decision I made!

I was struggling with my debts for a while before reaching out to step change. Their online service is easy to complete and provided me with options based on my circumstances. I am not making one monthly payment to step change and they distribute it fairly between my creditors. They have taken on all the hard work of contacting my creditors and arranging my payment plans. I can see my significant debt reducing each month and am so glad I reached out to step change when I did.
