It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Don't be afraid to get in touch they do help you!

I ended up in debt after my husband suddenly died without life insurance. I found myself with half my income but still all my debts, I was beside myself I was looking at the prospect of losing my home. I got in touch with citizens advice who put me in touch with Step Change they were brilliant . They in turn got in touch with my creditors and arranged a payment plan.
