It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Brilliant!

When I found myself with debt problems last year I summed up the courage to speak to my creditors, and more than one company referred me to Step Change debt management company, to help me work out a plan to move forward. When I finally spoke to someone from Step Change they were really empathetic to my problems, and helped me create a budget and monthly payment that would help me to pay my debts, whilst still being able to live. A huge weight was lifted from my shoulders, and I'm really happy that I chose Step Change to help me when I was at a very low point. Reviewed on: 21st July 2023
