It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. The best out there.

Struggled with debt for a number of years. Step Change is a no nonsense, straight talking debt advice charity. They help you pick the right option and deal with all your creditors afterwards. They were there when I needed them most

You never think you’re going to get into a situation where your income is less than your outgoings but unfortunately due to a few circumstances changing, I did, I contacted step change and set up a DMP. The whole process was easy and they have been very responsive either way. This is a very difficult time at the minute, the cost of living is high and I’m so happy to have step change to offer the support and guidance during this time. Reviewed on: 14th July 2023

Lifechangers

Stepchange changed our lives. We had beeen struggling to pay things, always using cards as a top up, to pay for weekly shopping etc until things had to stop. Credit card bills spiralled and we simply were just paying interest. Things had to change and we contacted stepchange, the staff were very helpful, non judgemental and made us feel at ease. Honest, financial support you can trust

Excellent service

When all roads was closed Step Change stepped up

After losing my wife to Cancer leaving me with 3 young children, I had to give up on my business and employment to look after them relying on my savings and credit cards and then applying for Universal credit. I Got myself into serious debt, especially with energy suppliers, I couldn't see a way out until I spoke to Step Change, and they came up with a solution where all parties had to agree on a repayment plan, pay my creditors via Step Change and I can administer care to the children.
