It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Fresh Start

I was struggling with debts for so long that it was eating away all the good things in my life. But it all changed when I decided to speak get help on the StepChange website. All the information was up-to-date, accurate, clear and easy to understand. Setting up a DMP was a breeze because the advisors were incredibly supportive and genuine. Getting a DMP was a fresh start for me and it took all the worries and stress away. A huge help

I'm in alot of debt and was paying a ridiculous amount back per month to each of my creditors. Massively depressed and was barely getting by however my manager recommended Step Change to me and they have reduced my monthly payments down to a 3rd of what I was paying giving me the ability to live within my means and pay back my creditors. Any issues their customer service team are very friendly, very helpful and quick to aid you. 120% would recommend them if your facing financial difficulties. Thank you team Step Change. Non judgemental

Amazing service

Amazing service 100% helped me out with my dept before it really got out of hand found all the creditors were fine with my dept plan due to the back up from Step Change best doing it by the book and not putting it off before all the dept letter start arriving .up front but the hard part is admitting to yourself you have a problem but the right help is out there so please contact Step Change first.Be the best thing you will do to have sleepless nights .nothing to be ashamed off to .Thank you Step Change Reviewed on: 13th July 2023

Being able to breathe again

StepChange helped me to gather all my debts into one payment plan that I can afford comfortably whilst giving me the ability to still do the things I can about such as buying gifts and going to the gym. The most incredible part is that this is done completely free of charge so every penny is spent directly on paying off my debts. Reviewed on: 13th July 2023
