It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Amazing

Life is now worth living

I was struggling so much not knowing where to turn. My life was not a life it was just fear and worry. I plucked up courage to get in touch with stepchange. They helped me straight away. Amazing service by amazing people.

I would just like to say how amazingly helpful Step Change have been to my wife and I. My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer February 2023. With this we had to accept the poor financial situation we were in.From start to finish Step Change have been great.They explained everything and we’re patient and sympathetic with our predicament.
