It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Take the stress out of debt

I was making myself mentally and physically unwell. Trying to cope paying this bill, that bill and working so much and then someone said about Step Change and I can’t thank them enough. I am sleeping now, working less, feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

I contacted stepchange due to financial difficulties after becoming disabled after surgery and they were fantastic ,really helpful and put me at ease if I’ve ever needed anything I can either do it on line or pick up the phone but the point is someone polite and helpful is always to hand well done stepchange Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

Absolutely 100% advice and support
