An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. I am 18 years old and currently have an ISA with Suffolk Building Society. My transition into adulthood has been smooth and secure thanks to this. I am very satisfied with the interest rate i currently have along with the conditions that come with it. After comparing to other societies and banks, I felt that the best option was to remain with Suffolk Building Society as I enjoy the freedom and support I have from it.
