a great mutual society

We have used this account for savings for many years and have always been well looked after with continuity of great personal service Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Brilliant

Basically they do everything at the Halesworth branch I would want from a building society. In today's market where everything is online with banks etc closing down , it's really good to be able to talk to a human, face to face. Also they update rate changes and other info immediately. Not left to you to try and find it on some high tech site not easy to navigate. Although they have an online system, the staff do not use this as an excuse like Nationwide to send you from pillar to post to carry out a simple task. Always in the loop

The Best!

I have been saving with Suffolk Building Society for about seven years, and saw the change from Ipswich Building Society. Access to the branches is easy, I have never had to wait for more than a couple of customers in front of me. The savings rates are good and they send me a monthly update on news with handy tips on savings, mortgages and other things like keeping safe from scammers. 10/10 Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Lucy was amazing so friendly so knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour It was like talking to a friend!
