Absolutely delighted with the service

I did not think such things still existed. A branch that you can walk in to and get personal and friendly service. People who are real and easy to contact, quick to respond to any needs. Had to pinch myself to check I was not dreaming of a bygone age!! I hope the first impressions last a long time and the whole approach stays customer focused and accessible. Always like to support a small local building society over the big banks. The service is always excellent, the staff knowledgeable about their products and they offer a good range of competitive accounts. Savings for mortgages

I opened an account with the society when I was 15 to start saving for a mortgage. 7 years later the mortgage was granted. Our house has long been paid for but our savings remain with the society. That is about 60 years of very good service. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Great advice, great help.
