We moved all our savings accounts and grandchildren's accounts to Suffolk Building Society (then Ipswich BS). The best decision we made, the staff are brilliant, the service we receive is second to none. Never pressured into things and kept totally informed of things by regular emails. Excellent first class service

Friendly, helpful and local.

Opening an account with the Suffolk Building Society was a pleasure. I was able to speak to someone in the branch immediately, despite not having made a prior appointment. The whole process was completed quickly and efficiently and questions I had were answered by a human being rather than some 'frequently asked questions' website.
