Amazing throughout

I opened a savers account as a grandmother for my grandson born last year! Looked around a lot I have to say! But Suffolk Building Society far exceeded my expectations! Always helpful and patient

I have trust funds for my grandchildren, although I don’t visit my local branch very often when I do they always have time to discuss any concerns I might have with their funds and explain things clearly to me. Top of the Tree

We moved all our savings accounts and grandchildren's accounts to Suffolk Building Society (then Ipswich BS). The best decision we made, the staff are brilliant, the service we receive is second to none. Never pressured into things and kept totally informed of things by regular emails. Friendly, helpful and local.

Opening an account with the Suffolk Building Society was a pleasure. I was able to speak to someone in the branch immediately, despite not having made a prior appointment. The whole process was completed quickly and efficiently and questions I had were answered by a human being rather than some 'frequently asked questions' website.
