Shelley Curtis and her team at the Saxmundham branch have been fantastic in assisting me to manage an elderly customer's account using a Lasting Power of Attorney. Refreshingly straightforward compared with the larger banks. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2021

Hadleigh branch review

Branch services static, even the staff all bank in Hadleigh. Branch coverage is pathetic. AGM's not rotated outside Ipswich. Top people pay too high. Reviewed on: 11th October 2021

No online facility, stuck in the dark ages

It's 2021 how can they not have Internet banking it's ridiculous. Struggled to get an appointment to open a new account so will be moving my savings elsewhere. change your name if you want, still a rotten apple underneath Reviewed on: 6th October 2021

We are going to be launching online savings in the near future and it's a priority for us in 2022. It's brilliant you have branches with helpful staff open on the high street. It so great to talk to real people. Recently a solicitor sent a CHAPS and left off the account number. The solicitor rang up the bank and explained and got a unique number. I had gone into Saxmondham Branch to see if it had gone in but it hadn't. Next morning the cashier rang me to say it had gone in, they knew I was worried. I was so grateful. Great service Reviewed on: 4th October 2021

I like my fixed rate saver as not too bad of a penalty if I withdraw early, however no online service is not very 2021 and the Ipswich branches close at 3pm which is bizarre. Reviewed on: 27th August 2021
