Absolutely shocking customer service !

Absolutely shocking customer service !! After being made to have a new account which I told them I did not want as it caused too much inconvenience my new card comes and I can no longer buy anything online , spoke to a manager that told me it’s my job to contact the merchants to ask why payment wasn’t being accepted , told her that it isn’t just the 1 merchant it wasn’t working with it was multiple !! She said I’ll look into it and contact them and get bk to you ! (She hasn’t) I have spent hours trying to get through after waiting an hour a time I put the phone down ! I have sent multiple emails I just get ignored avoid at all costs !!! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
