Straightforward and competitive product.

Straightforward to open online and it was a competitive interest rate compared to other providers. Sadly the interest rate has constantly gone down over the past year but that’s not Tembo’s fault. I haven’t had occasion to use their customer service but their monthly emails have been interesting and informative and, as one would expect, they have alerted me every time the interest rate has dropped (sadly too often!). My only and very slight quibble as that I keep being sent adverts for lifetime ISAs, which I am not eligible for and general mortgage products, which I am not interested in but this is hardly of major importance. All in all I would recommend Tembo as a safe and market leading brand. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Tembo has competitive interest rates and accrues Dailey interest (paid monthly). The app is clear but tends to log you out once a week requiring a passcode sent to your phone. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Best Cash ISA opened- Its Simple and Transparent !!

I opened a Tembo Cash ISA after shopping around for a while, and I'm really glad I did. Setting up the account was straightforward — the app is clean, intuitive and the whole process took no more than a few minutes. What I appreciate most is the transparency. There are no hidden fees, no confusing introductory rates that quietly drop after a few months, and no nasty surprises. The interest rate is competitive and what you see is genuinely what you get — something that isn't always the case with savings accounts these days. Managing the account day-to-day is effortless. Deposits are simple, the balance is clearly displayed, and I never feel like I have to dig around for basic information. For anyone who just wants a reliable, no-fuss place to grow their savings within their annual ISA allowance, it ticks every box. The customer service has also been a pleasant surprise — helpful, responsive and straightforward whenever I've had a question. Overall, the Tembo Cash ISA does exactly what a good savings account should — it keeps things simple, honest and rewarding.
