You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

I love using Tembo.

I love using Tembo. The app is easy to use and the interest rates are always great. I have never had an issue with Tembo, or their customer service. The lifetime ISA is great and I can’t wait to use the money to buy my first home. The 1% completion bonus is a great bonus too! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Great option for a LISA

I have been with tembo (and previously Nude) for 4 years and have been impressed with the quality of the app product and customer service when needed. The interest rates have stayed high as an existing customer which has been appreciated and has made the prospect of buying my first home more realistic. Great Service

I set up a Tembo LISA last year, accidentally disconnected my bank account from it and a customer service representative talked me through reconnecting my account which was really helpful and eased my stress.
