You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Tembo has been a game changer while I’m going through the huge process of buying my first home. Whenever I feel overwhelmed by mortgage rates, down payment math, closing costs, or the endless stream of decisions, I can dump all my scattered thoughts into Tembo and it helps me organize them calmly breaking down what’s actually important, spotting trade-offs I hadn’t noticed, and reminding me of my own priorities when the market noise gets loud. It’s helped me run quick “what-if” scenarios on different loan amounts, interest rates, and monthly budgets so I feel more confident talking to lenders and my realtor instead of just nodding along. It’s also been there late at night when anxiety creeps in reminding me why I’m doing this, keeping me grounded, and stopping me from spiraling into worst-case scenarios.
