You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Easy to use

Tembo is so easy to use and the interest rate is pretty good, I really like the direct debit feature but also how easy it is to miss a month or change the amount. Obviously forces you to keep saving which is very helpful Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
